Refined Sugar, Iron, Alcohol and Caffeine as Cancer Causes

Processed Carbohydrate or Sugar Over Consumption
Sugar and white flour products are thought to have a direct impact on cancer growth. They also neutralize the positive effect of protective foods such as fiber. Breast cancer risk can increase significantly. When a person eats sugar, the body releases insulin and insulin can support breast cancer just like estrogen does. Sugar is very effective in that the immune system can not properly carry out its tasks. Consumption of 100 grams of sugar per session reduces the white blood cell's ability to kill bacteria to a significant extent. Sugar immunosuppressive effect can start up to 30 minutes after ingestion and last up to 5 hours. Since the average American consumes 150 grams of sucrose per day (a sugar in processed foods), it can be said that the immune system of most people is chronically under pressure.

Excessive Iron Consumption
A study in Denmark has shown that excess iron increases the risk of developing cancer. Two more up-to-date studies have shown that even low iron accumulation rates in the body can increase cancer risk. Most cancers in America today are associated with red meat consumption, and red meat is a rich source of iron. Another current research has examined the relationship between high red meat consumption and colon cancer. The iron in red meat is the cause of increasing free radical production even though it is not known whether it is more effective than oil in promoting cancer and this increases cancer risk. Other iron sources are cooking in iron pans and pots, fortification with rice, iron fermentation and iron-containing multivitamins. Except for the women who see the number of iron deficiency is rare in America, it is unnecessary to strengthen the food with iron.

Excessive Alcohol Consumption
Regular and excessive alcohol consumption, including beer, is associated with an increased risk of cancer. Alcohol habits can greatly increase the risk of breast, throat (pharynx, larynx and food borne), pancreas, liver, head and neck cancers. Alcohol can help spread the cancer by suppressing the action of natural killer cells. Killing cells are cells of the immune system that kill cancer cells under normal conditions.

Excessive Caffeine Consumption
Coffee, tea, carbonated beverages and chocolate caffeine are thought to be effective in the development of cancer in the lower urinary tract and in the bladder. According to the research, the cancer rates of those who drink three cups of coffee a day rise significantly. Caffeine can cause damage to genetic material and damage normal DNA repair mechanisms. This increases the risk of potential cancer.
