Few eat and wait to lose weight

In the process of weight loss and healthy eating, snacks are the most plaintive foods. If you are attracting chocolate or other similar products, take a small bite and wait. In a recent study at Cornell University, researchers generally saw that small portions of the desired food were as satisfying as larger portions.

This research supports the idea that eating pleasure (pleasure appetite) is related to the ability to eat much of the consumed food. This means that the appetite is related to how much you eat, not how much it hurts, but how much you can eat and lose. Eating in very small quantities does not increase or diminishes the desire to eat. The research was announced in January of the magazine "Food, Quality and Preference".


As expected in the study, it was found that calorie intake was directly related to the portion size, but the portion size did not have a direct effect on the satisfaction of the person eating the snack. The results were achieved by testing 104 people, small and large portions of the same snacks. These snacks were generally preferred chocolate, apple cake and potato chips. Large portions eat 77% more calories than small portions eat. But despite the high calorific value they received, the hunger they had to eat decreased evenly with small portions. For both groups, the demand for food fell considerably after 15 minutes.

To satisfy the researchers, for example, we should eat less chocolate than half of our pie. If you want to check your weight, take a bite to eat and wait for 15 minutes. At the end of this time both your brain and your mind will remember that you only eat delicious food, not how much you consume.
