Shuttle movement
We put these two shots in the bowels and we make this movement in the morning and evening every few seconds until we feel sick with the fast, frequent and intermittent movements, while our knees are adjacent and our feet are pointing in parallel to each other. This action strengthens the muscles in the abdominal region, activates the fat tissue and helps burn fat.


Stick action
In this movement, we also take two rods, taking a rod as a root. We are making these movements within a few minutes by turning our feet steadily from side to side and from right to left and from right to left rather quickly. This movement provides the shape of the muscles on the side of the abdomen and the heart.

Shuttle for waist muscles
We are trying to zoom in on one side of our arm, lightly, frequently, and in a series of movements towards our knuckle on the other side. We try to do this as much as we can for a few minutes. After that we change our feet and arm on the other side. This movement is useful for running the muscles towards the side of the abdomen.
