Healthy body weight and precaution
Being healthy is one of the most beautiful gifts that life has offered us. Protecting a healthy body weight for life not only helps us with social support, it also helps reduce the risk of many diseases. Healthy body weight is not the lowest weight or as weak as you might think, but it is the ideal value for your age, gender, height, and many other specialties depending on you.
What is obesity (obesity)?
It is defined as the excessive increase of the fat mass in the body by lean mass and ultimately the body weight is above the ideal value. The rate of fat tissue is 12% 15% for women and 20% for men. It can be sourced from many sources and can be affected by genetic or environmental factors.
Factors affecting the development of obesity
Age: Although obesity is known as an adult problem, it is concluded that individuals with obesity problems especially in childhood are more likely to have obesity in later periods.
Gender: Obesity is a common problem in men and women Women are more at risk of menopause and postpartum obesity.
Family story: Do not forget that individuals with a problem of obesity in their family history are at risk.
Active lifestyle: In individuals with a sedentary lifestyle, energy consumed with food can lead to weight gain and obesity over time, as more energy can be spent with activity.
Nutritional habits: Excessive amounts of fatty, sugary and floury foods or individuals who are habitual to consume alcohol are at high risk for energy intake and unbalanced nutrition.
Metabolic or Hormonal Disorders: Disorders of thyroid, pituitary, adrenal, pancreatic or sex hormones and functioning disorders may result in increased appetite in the end-user, while slowing basal metabolism in the other side.
Detection of obesity
Anthropometric measurements (body weight, height, waist circumference, hip circumference) are commonly used in the detection of obesity. Obesity is classified according to anatomical structure, sex or fat distribution, etiologic or physiological.
1.ANATOMIC CLASSIFICATION:
It is determined based on wrist circumference and height.
Body structure = Length (cm) / Wrist circumference (cm)
Body structure Fine Medium
Gender
Men 10.49.6 10.4 9.6
Female 11.0 10.1 11.010.1
2. ACCORDING TO WEIGHT AND LENGTH LENGTH:
It is a practical and well-known method. The value obtained by dividing the weight of the person in kilograms (kg) divided by the length of the neck in meters (m²) is defined as the body mass index and is used as the diagnostic criterion of the obesity.
Assessment of body weight according to body mass index in adults:
Body mass index (kg / m²)
Body Weight Assessment
18.5
Weak
18.519.9
Normal acceptable
2024.9
Normal
25-29.9
Slightly fat
30-34.9
1st degree fat
35-39.9
2nd degree fat
40
3rd degree fat
3. BY GENDER OR OIL DISTRIBUTION:
The waist circumference is the measure used basically. It is divided into apple and pear type according to the distribution of oil in the body. Apple-type males are common in pear-type ladies.
Waist circumference:
It is a practical and simple method and is not paint dependent. It can also be used as a stand-alone indicator. Waist circumference should not exceed 94 cm for males and 80 cm for females. Measuring waist circumference of 102 cm in males and 88 cm in females is defined as a risk for chronic diseases.
Waist / hip ratio:
The waist / hip ratio should be 0,9 for males and 0,8 for females. Above these values is a risk factor for heart diseases and non-insulin dependent diabetes (Type 2 Diabetes).
Skin fold thickness:
It is regarded as a sign of subcutaneous fat tissue. It is measured by a tool called a caliper. The result above 30mm in women and 20mm in men is defined as obesity indicator.
4.THEOLOGICAL CLASSIFICATION
Obesity caused by overfeeding
Congenital obesity
5. FISIOLOGICAL CLASSIFICATION
Size of fat cell volume
Increase in the number of fat cells
Measurements used in the classification of obesity are practical but should be done by trained health personnel as there are consequences to be considered when taking measurements.
MOTIVATION AND OTHER DISEASES:
As in many diseases, obesity is also a risk factor for other diseases.
Diseases frequently associated with obesity:
Cardiovascular diseases
hyperlipidemia
Diabetes mellutus (diabetes mellitus)
Hypertension
Liver fatigue
Gallstones
Gout
Respiratory distress
Cancer
HEALTH WEIGHT LOSS AND CONTROL
Healthy weight loss and weight control are of great importance in the treatment of obesity. We lose weight quickly and lose weight with low-calorie diets, and after we lose weight we can get back what we lost too much. For this reason, firstly adequate and balanced nutrition education should be provided, nutrition habits must be regulated and then an appropriate nutrition program should be implemented by receiving support from an expert. Otherwise, every unconscious attenuation method tires and slows metabolism, and it is also preparing the ground for many diseases in the future.
WRONG WEAKNESS METHODS:
Fixed diets in newspapers, magazines, internet
THE METABOLISM IS EVERY DIFFERENT. THE PREPARED NUTRITION PROGRAM IS COMPLETELY PRIVATE TO THE PERSON.
Shock diets preferred for very low calorie fast weight loss
YOUR LIFESTYLE AND YOUR WEEK FOLLOW YOU WITH A DIAMETER UNDER THE ENERGY NEEDED TO REQUIRE YOUR FAMILY, IF YOU FURTHER IN YOUR DAYS, YOU WILL RETURN YOUR DAY AGAINST YOUR LIFE, YOUR METABOLISM IS LIKE YOU AND YOU GET YOUR RETURN TO THE GERMAN. AVOID MORE LESS CONSUMPTION YOU NEED.
Inadequate and unbalanced attenuation methods of uniform feeding
THE FARM INCLUDING ANY FOOD ALL FOOD FRAMES (proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals) is NOT MIRACLE. WE HAVE TO BE DELIVERED FROM ALL GRAINS AND ONE TYPE NUTRITION HABITS TO GET THE NUTRITIVE NUTRIENTS.
Drug weight loss methods
MEDICATIONS USED TO USE CAN PROVIDE WEIGHT LOSS FOR A SPECIFIC PERIOD DURING LIFE, WHEN USING THE MEDICINE FOR USING NON-MEDICINAL MEDICINAL MEDICINE AND ITS FOREIGN MEDICINAL MEDICINES.
Slimming tea, various herbs and other diuretics causing water loss from body
DEFICIENCY IS INTENTIONALLY DEFINED AND INCREASED FOR THE BODY OIL MILK OF THE NUTRITION PROGRAM AS INCREASED BY OVERCOOKING OILS.
INCOMPLETE EFFECTS OF WRONG PROCEDURES
Headache
Concentration disorders
Nausea
Vomiting
Diarrhea
Constipation
Heart rhythm irregularity
Disorder period
Hypotension
Hair loss
Dry skin
Bile or kidney stones
WHERE BEGIN?
If you have such a problem, the best thing you can do is to be part of a healthy weight loss and weight control program under the guidance of a nutrition consultant. Otherwise, without a guide you will make it difficult to lose mistakes.
