Our Brain-Hating Habits

1. Do not eat breakfast: People who do not eat breakfast have a low blood sugar level. This leads to insufficient nutrition for the brain and eventual brain degeneration.
2nd . Overheating
Causes brain arteries to harden, leading to decreased mental power
3. Smoking
It causes multiple brain contractions and can lead to Alzheimer's disease.
4. High sugar consumption
Too much sugar stops the absorption of proteins and nutrients, causes unbalanced nutrition, and can prevent the brain from developing.
5. Air pollution
The brain consumes the most oxygen in our body. Inhalation of dirty air reduces oxygen to the brain and results in a decrease in the efficiency of the brain.

6. Sleep insufficiency
Sleep allows your brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.
7. Cover the head while sleeping
Sleeping by covering the head increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and may cause brain damaging effects.
8. Running the brain during illness
Much work or learning while sick can lead to a decrease in brain activity and can also damage the brain.
9. Lack of stimulating thoughts
Thinking is the best way for brain gymnastics, deficits of brain stimulating minds can lead to brain contraction. Cross puzzles and Sudoku provide good exercise.
10. Talk less
Mental conversations enhance the effectiveness of the brain.
